A New Spin on an Iconic Building
SV Design designed the renovation to this 1897 brick building on Cabot Street for its next era as a micro boutique hotel. The Cabot Lodge is a transformative project for a downtown district experiencing a renaissance in recent years since the resurgence of The Cabot Theater. The lodge serves as a hotel for visitors to the City of Beverly and the North Shore. The hotel has Caribbean and Colonial American influences throughout the interior. Renovations to the brick building created 13 guest rooms, a cozy lounge for guests, and a lobby. The façade blends in with the historic fabric of downtown Beverly.
Aligned with hospitality trends of micro hotels, the amenities are minimal and the rooms are smaller in size compared to standard hotels. The Cabot Lodge has a clean, modern vibe and is a special space for making memories on the North Shore.
