Private Financial Firm

SV Design partnered with a private financial firm on the North Shore to renovate their outdated lower-level corporate office space while honoring the timeless nature of their brand. 

The project began with opening up a narrow alcove kitchen into a spacious kitchen and meeting area. Modern warm touches and clean lines in the open layout create a professional, yet welcoming feel, for employees to utilize the space for eating, focusing, or connecting.

Additionally, three offices were modernized and an open concept workstation was added to improve spatial flow and encourage collaboration. 

A bold, boutique-inspired women’s bathroom features a shower, a deep navy vanity with fluted detailing, and brass hardware that bring a sense of luxury to the workplace. Vertically stacked black and gold tile, ambient lighting, and a leather floor add depth and mood. 

The result is a refined, efficient environment designed to support staff productivity and well-being—delivered with the same care and intention the firm brings to its work in managing generational wealth.
