Maple Woods, an upcoming senior housing project in collaboration with Harborlight Community Partners, sits on a wooded site in Wenham, Massachusetts nestled between trees and secluded some 200 feet back from the main road. Key design considerations included reducing the project’s impact on the neighborhood and blending into the landscape. The 45-unit complex offers fully accessible roomy one-bedroom units, as well as amenities such as a library, community room, kitchen, and various public and private outdoor seating areas. SV Design created rendered site plans and 3-dimensional views to aid in town and funding approvals for the project.
