LEO Inc.

The Lynn Economic Opportunity Inc. (LEO Inc.) Preschool project consisted of the complete renovation of 30,000 square feet of space on three stories to create 13 preschool classrooms and two after-school classrooms.

The design focused on several key factors including a welcoming presence for the students, ample space for staff and teachers, and a place for public engagement - all with a focus on student safety and security.

Using color, materials, and designing to the scale of the students, the project brought new life into an existing building, and creates an engaging place for learning and play.
