As a small, independent art school, Montserrat strives to create a supportive community atmosphere, from its campus to its student housing. Our design vision for Montserrat’s newest student residences combines comfortable living with creative interaction. A collection of four traditional residential buildings unified by a glass connector, the 27,000-square-foot facility houses a 78-bed dormitory with open areas for students to meet, study and relax.
