This project blends multi-family design and single family living with 12 charming, cottage-style homes. In cluster communities, open areas of land are shared; over 60 percent of the 13-acre site remains as natural open space.
Glen T. MacLeod YMCA in Gloucester
The 70,000 square-foot Glen T. MacLeod YMCA will sit on an 11-acre property in Gloucester. This new YMCA was designed with sustainability in mind and includes solar panels, charging units for electric cars, and cogeneration power systems.
