A Bucolic Coastal Community
SV Design created this community to appeal to those seeking a quieter lifestyle away from city life. As a project that involved a mix of our residential and commercial skills, this project blends the design of multi-family with single-family living by creating 12 charming cottage-style homes in this cluster community. In traditional multi-family communities, most share interior common spaces. The homes at Summer Hill have the benefit of being independent from each other. In cluster communities, open areas of land are shared; in this project, over 60 percent of the 13-acre site remains as a natural open space.
