In recent years Rantoul Street in Beverly, Massachusetts has been experiencing a revitalization that promises to breathe new life into an area that has largely been underappreciated but full of potential. SV Design designed Link 480, a 90 unit mixed-use apartment building located within walking distance of two of Beverly’s busiest commuter rail stations. The project has a mix of studio, one-bed and two-bed units with amenities such as a fitness room, common lounge, indoor bicycle storage and a furnished outdoor courtyard for use by tenants. SV Design designed each unit to include an open living room/kitchen, including quartz counter-tops and bar style seating at the kitchen island. Many units enjoy private decks or Juliet balconies, and several top floor apartments have water views of the nearby ocean inlets. The street level retail space which anchors the ground floor of the building will help provide additional amenities to the neighborhood and Beverly community as a whole.
