Cape Ann YMCA Design Process is Underway!

As a non-profit dedicated to providing services to area families, the Cape Ann YMCA looks to donors to make their vision for a new home a reality.
The SV Design team was tasked with creating an exterior building design that related back to the glory days of Gloucester’s maritime history, while also representing a beacon at this exciting new location.

In addition to innovative design, SV created a dynamic way to relay the vision to the Y’s prospective donors and town officials. SV Design prepared this fly-through of the Cape Ann YMCA using state of the art technology. The 3-D experience provides a true to life view of the upcoming project.
