Architectural Project Manager - Residential

Job Summary:

SV Design is looking for a personable, motivated, and organized individual to join our residential team in Chatham. As an architectural project manager, you will be working primarily on mid-to-large-sized high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of multiple residential projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

• Lead measurement and documentation of existing conditions.

• Oversee design development and construction drawings in Revit/CAD; provide redlines and guidance to junior staff.

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout design and construction.

• Review shop drawings, issue SKs, and conduct regular site visits.

• Prepare project documentation including specifications, meeting notes, and regulatory reviews.

• Lead client presentations and represent SV Design at town hearings for regulatory approvals.

• Mentor junior designers and uphold SV Design’s standards of design and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in architecture from a U.S.-accredited program (licensure preferred but not required).

• 7–12 years of professional architectural experience with a strong focus on residential projects.

• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Must be within commuting distance of Chatham, MA (this is an in-office position).
