- Thad Siemasko, AIA, Founding Principal of SV Design

Basso began his career at SV Design in 2009 working on single-family homes which instilled an appreciation for vernacular New England architecture. To this day, he strives to incorporate these traditional design elements and attention to detail into his work, which ranges from multi-family housing, theatres, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Stefano’s creative and dedicated team approach leads to strong relationships across the board and consistently delivers successful projects, while having fun along the way.

Hocherman joined SV Design in 2013 and has over twenty years’ experience designing institutional, educational, and community-focused buildings. Her impressive portfolio ranges from private schools and colleges to numerous YMCA facilities across Massachusetts to multi-generational affordable housing developments. She has a knack for seamlessly blending her knowledge with a client’s needs, dreams, and goals to bring their projects from concept to a reality in a way that exceeds their expectations.

Muldoon’s twenty years of residential architectural experience includes twelve years at SV Design’s Beverly and Chatham offices, before founding Muldoon Architects in 2019. In 2023, SV Design welcomed Paul back as a natural leader of the Cape Cod office with his unique architectural sensibilities and design expertise. Paul has the ability to turn a client’s vision into reality through meticulous detail and planning. This serves as a testament to his dedication to creating residential spaces that feel like a haven and not just a house.

“Our new Partners’ past accomplishments and their ability to lead high-performing teams have led to this well-deserved milestone today,” said Tobin Shulman, AIA, Principal of SV Design. “Their combined experience across residential, multi-family, commercial, and institutional design is invaluable, and we’re excited to welcome them as Partners.”
