New Home Designed with Views in Mind
Breathe in, breathe out, a calming space for the whole family.
SV Design designed this home as a “upside down” house with primary living and social spaces (family room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite) on the second floor to maximize coastal views. As you walk up the stairs, you incircle an eye-catching blue toned glass bubble chandelier hanging from the ceiling above. The room’s lights have an airy round form that allows for light to shine through. The eyebrow dormer provides an inlet for natural light and a stunning window detail. Pops of color nestled into a neutral palette provide depth to serene spaces. The mix of textures and patterns complement each other while providing a clean, yet sophisticated interior design. The French doors allow for easy access to the second-floor balcony to breath in the fresh air and view the coast. This home enables your senses to immerse yourself in a breath of fresh air.
