Depot Two is a pinnacle project for downtown Beverly located adjacent to Beverly's busiest commuter rail stop, the Depot Train Station. This 6-story mixed-use apartment project includes three ground floor retail spaces, of which two are being designed for restaurant use. These tenant spaces along with the resident’s entry open onto a pedestrian plaza deck that includes public art, various seating areas, and landscaped planting beds to soften the lively public spaces which wrap the ground floor of the building. The upper floors include 114 units with a variety of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. A "sky lounge" at the top includes views that overlook the train station and park where residents can soak in the scenery and even catch a glimpse of the water. SV Design created a 3D animation that flies you around the building and through the plaza deck, showing off the complex’s bustling pedestrian plaza and monumental building design.
